Huisje14 verkoopt ook B-keuze van Emma Bridgewater. Dit zijn nieuwe producten maar met een oneffenheid. Elk stuk wordt met de hand geïnspecteerd. Als er een kleine fout ontdekt wordt in de afwerking, decoratie of vorm, wordt het een B-keuze product. Alle B-keuze producten komen dus gewoon uit de fabriek van Emma Bridgewater maar kunnen onvolkomenheden vertonen zoals kleine vlekken of onvolkomenheden in het verf- of aardewerk.

In 2005 is het begonnen met een zelf gedecoreerde ½ pint mug in het “Pottery Cafe”. Ik was in Engeland met mijn moeder en zus en bezocht de Emma Bridgewater fabriek in Stoke-on-Trent. Toen is het zaadje geplant. Daarna elk seizoen de kriebels om nieuwe series en modellen in de kast te hebben…
